"Paimon, explain yourself!" Valac shouted as soon as Paimon arrived at their meeting spot.
"You have a lot of explaining to do, Paimon," Sahard commented. "Are you trying to break our pact?"
The third Majin Prince, Welkin, said nothing and simply observed his colleagues with a calm expression.
The news of Valac's and Sahard's armies being defeated in the Samara Desert had also reached his ears. He had even ordered his troops to withdraw for the time being, biding his time to have a better understanding of what was happening in the desert.
"What do you mean I need to do a lot of explaining?" Paimon asked back before sitting in her chair. "Before you two accuse me of something, can you sit down and talk civilly? We're not in some kind of human market, you know?"
Valac glared at the beautiful woman and reined in his anger.
Sahard did the same. They both sat down to finally start their emergency meeting, which they arranged to tackle the events happening in the Samara Desert.
