Really not too sure about this future sight thing. I tried to make it work within the bounds of the magic I've got going on here, but I don't know. What do you guys think?

The next day, Dora left to return to her auror training. Flitwick continued to come every other day, where they trained together for the whole morning, going over tournament rules to ensure Harry didn't break any of them. On occasion, others would join in with their training, mostly to give Harry other people to practice against. Sirius, Remus, and even Arcturus once. Hermione was the most common visitor.
During this time, Harry had the goal of merging his talent for divination to his fighting style. He wanted to be able to use his foresight to see even just a second or two into the future like the advanced observation haki. Using his third eye as a focus, it became possible to do it.
And he could… with several issues.
The main problem was it took a bit of time to initiate the "vision." Time where he was vulnerable. He could set up a Protego, but anyone could cast a shield-breaker charm and press him. Which was proven by everyone he dueled against. Granted, his shields were stronger than most, but they didn't hold up long enough for him to get his foresight set up. He could infuse it with his positive emotions like he did against Quirrellmort, but that was something that took immense focus. He couldn't do both at the same time.
Which led him to his second problem. Just as with all other divination spells, it took immense concentration to set up and maintain a vision. It took up most of his Focus, making any of the more difficult spells impossible to cast. Luckily, this particular problem wasn't an issue for the upcoming tournament, since he likely wouldn't need any of the complicated spells. Still, dueling itself was mentally intense, and he couldn't keep it up for long.
Other than that, he was pretty successful in replicating the future sight.
This month of training was good for his system progress as well. He managed to level up again.

Knowing he was mostly facing problems with his Focus, he put all 10 points he had saved up into it, making it rise to 122. The more points he had, the more mental energy he had to spend.
He placed his Class point into Alchemy. He had to unlock the class, so it felt a lot more special somehow. He wanted to learn all of its secrets. From what he could tell, especially after the surprise reward from Fate for finishing a school year, each "point" in a class was similar to a year's worth of study in school. But it didn't build up from where he currently stood, knowledge wise. It started from the basics and built on that. So 1 "level" in a class was like the first year of study, no matter how many years he had already been studying. Take the Charms Class for example. He was already on 6th year materials, yet the point in it gave him first year knowledge. Granted, it was very in-depth and still covered a handful of spells that weren't covered in the actual class itself, but it was still simple stuff.
All of that is to say, it took a lot of points in something before it reached the point where there were no more books that covered the same material. Like his Mind Arts Class. He was already beyond the point where Magical Britain had achieved in the field.
Moving on to his free skill points, he placed all four to unlock the next level in Legilimency. In both his Occlumency and Serpensortia spells, getting the fifth level unlocked extraordinary abilities. His Serpensortia could now summon magical snakes empowered with a familiar bond, thanks to his parseltongue. His Occlumency allowed him to fuse his subconsciousness and consciousness together and gain perfect control over his mind. What would Legilimency give him? Based on the Occlumency perk, he presumed it would be something to do with delving into the subconsciousness of others.
[Legilimency:
Level 1: Twice as effective at eluding Occlumency defenses.
Level 2: Can utilize multiple probes at once.
Level 3: No longer requires line of sight.
Level 4: You're now a Natural Legilimens, passively picking up the surface thoughts of those around you.]
Immediately, sitting there in his room in Grimmauld Place, he could hear the loud voices of everyone's thoughts in the surrounding neighborhood. They came spilling in like a flood. He had to meditate and focus on quieting down to mere whispers. Yet, he couldn't quite get rid of them completely.
'Tch, this is annoying. Can I never get a moment's peace anymore?' Harry groaned. 'No, I refuse to believe it! I'll just have to practice my control of it. Sooner or later I should be able to mute it.'
Even if they were mere whispers, with his perfect memory, he could remember exactly what was being thought. He wouldn't miss a thing. Which… wasn't good. With his experience in Legilimency so far, he already knew it was better more times than not to not know what someone was thinking.
Luckily, Hermione had already gone off to France by now.
She had come over for nearly every day the first two weeks to practice dueling with him under Flitwick's tutelage. When Flitwick left, they would also study French together in preparation for their stay in France.
She was an absolute monster in learning a new language. While she wasn't exactly fluent in two weeks, she could already piece together simple phrases on her own. Together, they practiced holding conversations in French.
This practice made Harry wonder. Since he had perfect memory, he might as well read through a translation dictionary of as many different languages as he could. Maybe he could then create some sort of translation spell. That didn't exist yet. He could use the same principle as the Tempus charm, which referenced a specific clock in the local ministry. He could use his own memories as a reference.
Something for future Harry to deal with, once he learned how to actually create spells. He really needed to study Arithmancy.
Aside from his training and time with Hermione, things weren't so good.
The Weasleys were a bit cross with him at the moment. When Ron had returned home, he told Mrs. Weasley about what had happened and—from what Fred and George told him via letter—nearly sent him a howler. Not that Harry could blame her. She was very protective of her children.
Luckily, Fred and George told Harry's side of the story. Bill had happened to be back home at the time and told them of his own experience with dealing with an Egyptian Seer. In his encounter, the seer told him that she felt she didn't have any right to take away the moments of triumph from someone, even if it was a moment of difficulty, simply because she saw it first.
"In that moment, Ron lived up to everything a Weasley should be: a truly brave and loyal friend. It was Ron's sacrifice, taking that hit, that allowed his friends to continue on. What right does Harry have to take that heroism away from him? Ron, I'm proud of you." Bill had said. At least, that's what the twins said in their letter.
Luckily, that seemed to get them to think and they calmed down. They were still frosty with him, but Fred and George said that they'll come around eventually.
Harry was glad. The Weasley's were good people. Still, he doubted things could return to the way things were between him and Ron.
By the end of the month, it was time to go to France.
