"No, it's not like you can't afford me. I know you would be able to afford me all my life, but I want to do something for myself. I want to stand on my own two legs and be on my own. It doesn't mean that I don't trust you, but I just don't want to be dependent on anyone, and that's how I've led my life till now," I answered.
"Hmm, I am just asking. I never stop you from doing anything, but I have something for you," he said, looking directly into my eyes.
"What was that?" I questioned him with curiosity in my eyes.
"Rather than going somewhere to work, why don't you work as my assistant?" He questioned.
"What about your assistant? He would go mad if you took me in his place," I said, and listening to me, he smiled.
"Don't worry about it; I am not making him quit his position. Anyway, we are looking for a new assistant as he is becoming stressed managing all my schedules, so rather than getting a new one, why don't you join along with me?" He questioned.
