The name of Arceus still carried weight, not only because it created the Space-time Three Dragons, but also due to its absolute power.
A fully realized Arceus is immensely powerful.
The so-called fully realized Arceus is not simply when it holds all the Tablets; that's just one condition.
World Tree Dreams once told Fang Yuan that after Arceus created the Space-time Three Dragons, many parallel spaces emerged in the Pokémon World, just like the members of the Celebi Group, which are entities from parallel universes. Each parallel universe also has the Space-time Three Dragons created by Arceus.
The Celebi and Space-time Three Dragons in these parallel universes are independent entities from their counterparts in other universes.
However, Arceus is different. All Arceus in every Pokémon World are merely projections of one Arceus; they all belong to itself. Arceus resides in the initial dimension, independent of space-time. In Luo Kuo's words, it is the unique entity across all worlds.
Since each projection of Arceus has a different amount of power and state, the strength of the Arceus recorded in each parallel universe also varies.
However, when a fully realized, full-Tablet Arceus takes action, it is the most powerful Pokémon, even more so than creators from other different time and spaces, such as the Brilliant God, who is a notch below Arceus.
Usually, when facing a space-time collapse, one projection of Arceus is enough to settle the situation, such as the small-scale space-time collapse in Hoopa's movie.
Only the complete collapse of an entire parallel universe requires Arceus to act with full power.
Like the Pokémon World that merged with Earth, it was preserved by Arceus when the entire world was collapsing.
