Yuden stood before the wooden door.
A shriek was heard, and without a second thought, the young man rushed into Zahra's bedroom.
Once he opened the door, the room was already illuminated. His gaze swept the room, searching for the young woman's figure.
Zahra stood on her bed, a sharp piece of glass in her hand, her hands trembling.
Upon noticing Yuden entering the bedroom, she yelled, "Don't come in! Get out!"
The young man let out a deep breath, unable to understand the young girl's attitude.
He stepped forward only to hear another shout.
"I said don't come in! It's dangerous!" Zahra didn't shift her gaze to glance at Yuden, making him wonder what she was looking at.
He saw a dark yet glistening figure making soft curves at the edge of Zahra's bed.
It didn't take him long to understand what was going on. It was a snake!
He quickly retrieved the sword hanging on the wall. With quick steps, he slashed the snake into a few pieces.
Yuden clicked his tongue.
