After some time, Kafka gave her a playful pat on the butt as he let go of her.
"Alright, Mom, time to roll out." He said, striding to the scooter and hopping onto the driver's seat, his hands gripping the handlebars. "Come on, get on already, those pancakes that I'm craving right now are calling our names, and I'm not waiting all day!"
Olivia's cheeks flushed, her voice a soft murmur as she reluctantly let go of the hug, her heart yearning to hold him longer.
"Okay, Kafi, I'm coming, don't rush me!" She said, her tone timid but eager, her fingers smoothing her dress nervously. "This is a big deal for me, you know! I've never done anything like this before."
She stepped toward the scooter, her heart racing with anticipation, and smiled shyly.
"You know, it's my first time on a scooter, and I'm...super nervous, but also really excited. It's not a fancy car like, but it's so cute and charming, I can't wait to try it!"
