Shane knew that Zombies may not care about the lives of other Zombies. After all, he had seen Giant Zombies step on other smaller Zombies, killing them in the process.
The only time that these Zombies would be organized was when a Zombie Leader or higher-tier Zombie would lead them.
From this, Shane couldn't assume that the King-Tier Zombie had fought against another King-Tier Zombie since he believed that there wouldn't be any sane Survivor who would be fighting it in the sea. He believed that not even Eugene would dare to do it…
