The following day, the streets of this district were as bustling as ever.
Although this area of the city was occupied solely by lavish manors of the city's aristocracy—and a handful of fancy, very expensive restaurants—the tourists still came to visit it.
It was the home to the Dark King, after all.
Shortly after the construction of Adam's new estate, people from all over the city—and now all over Ulier—gathered in front of the gates of his sprawling compound, hoping to catch a glimpse of… well, anything.
Despite knowing that the Dark King wasn't currently present in Ravenfell, the people still hoped that maybe they might witness a miracle.
Maybe he would arrive suddenly?
Or who knows? Perhaps, he had been inside his manor all along, simply waiting to surprise the people of Ravenfell on the eve of the Grand Magus Tournament.
