When the silhouette of the ice phoenix suddenly appeared above the Heavenly Sword Sect's territory almost everyone in the heavenly city was seen. The shape and cries of the phoenix was so vivid that it wouldn't be surprising that one might mistake it for a real one.
However, there is only one person in the Heavenly City that knows that this phoenix is merely a silhouette and never a real one. This is also a sign of the heavens that shows one who had a bloodline of the ice phoenix at least would be able to summon.
