Star systems in other regions were also competing amongst themselves. In such situations, everyone was essentially a competitor. But just because someone was in the same region did not mean they would not compete with people from other regions. If the region where the Yongming Star System and the Solar System were located was considered the first region, then the resource-rich second region was where competition was even fiercer. The deeper one went, the fiercer it became.
The second region would involve competition among even more star systems, as a single second region generally corresponded to multiple first regions. Individuals who emerged from the first regions within this entire area would all enter the corresponding second region. This meant that after emerging victorious from the struggles among star systems within a first region, they would advance into a second region characterized by even fiercer competition and richer resources.
