The events in the Star Realm are somewhat distant for people in the material world. Moreover, after Su made the promise, Murphy anticipated that the God of the North Wind's guidance to his daughter would not be smooth.
Murphy didn't have any particular reason, just a sense and awareness when bad things were about to happen.
Even if one just uses basic logic to think, if Silver Wolf Helsun dared to defy Su's will so blatantly, it means that guy is already prepared for the consequences. It can't be that a well-known and strong demigod of the Star Realm just woke up one day and suddenly decided to start a grand rebellion against his divine father?
