He stood at the edge of the building, the wind whipping his hair into a frenzy. The city lights blurred together below, a distant hum of activity that seemed to mock him. "𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑖𝑠 𝑖𝑡," he thought, the words echoing in his mind like a death sentence.

He turned, his eyes locking onto the newcomer's. For a moment, they just stared at each other, the only sound the wind rushing past.

He raised an eyebrow, a bitter smile twisting his lips. "You need me? Don't make me laugh."

With a sudden, swift movement, he pushed off from the edge, the wind rushing up to meet him.
