"Is there a reason for not being able to replicate this item?" Elaina asked as the Village Chief handed the brooch back to her.
"Yes, I admit that we are good handicrafts and blacksmiths as we make various stuff for all kinds in the past; however, this one is something that is hard to replicate. It's not just a jewel that can be easily copied unless one specializes in that. And this particular craftsmanship is something that we dwarves are currently foreign to. And this jewel might look like other jewels and gems, but they are just shaped similarly. In truth, this is solid mana and cannot be forged or replicated in any jewels in any way, shape, or form."
Elaina glanced at the gem again. Was it really just a solid mana and nothing more than that?
"I can tell that you are doubting my words, but trust me on this one. I will not decline any kind of work as long as I am properly compensated or it is something I can do. This one is out of the question for me, unfortunately."
