TWO YEARS LATER
it's been a two year since I joined the military.
Those who had served their time were allowed to return.
And in this two years, I, Dae-seong and Ho-gu became surprisingly good friends.
And we three showed exceptional abilities during our training, making us the top three best recruits in our batch.
And within these two years, I fell in love with a beautiful girl named Anna.
she's from a wealthy family with close connection to the current general.
My dad once told me that having Important connections helps a lot.

'News have been going around lately, that there's going to be a selection for the special operations forces.
This is an opportunity for me, an opportunity to go higher up the chain, to go on more important and thrilling missions.
And there's a huge pay.'
ON A LATER DAY
All those who were ranked top ten were called to the hall as we were introduced to the special recruiters.
We were given a written examination immediately after the introductions, and were subjected to strict surveillance during the exam
The exam was brain wrecking, the questions weren't just tricky, they tested loyalty, mentality and tactical intelligence.
Not giving us much time to rest after finishing, we were driven to a new location for a another exam.
As our vehicle came to a halt, we came out knowing this was our destination. A partially dense forest.
Our truck had stopped by the road dividing the forest.
We came out, and stood in a fine line by the left entrance of the forest.
The recruiters looked at each other, and nodded, seemly acknowledging our diligence.
One of them turned back to us, cleared his throat, and began speaking.
"
"We were taken close to the site of the exam and abandoned immediately as the recruiters walked back to where we first arrived. Taking the initiative I immediately started giving orders
"Hey Ho-gu your brute strength is higher than mine so you have a big role play here, Dae-seong you are very agile so you too have important role to play, Kang Joon you will follow Hogu and Hayoon go with Dae seong.
"There are only four routes to the enemies building with minor securities. The building in the center is where the hostage is, both of you will go separate route and attack the enemies if you are being overpowered retreat but try to stall for a while so I can reach their base and retrieve the target understood" I explained charismatically "Yeah bro we got it" Ho-gu replied with a smile, "alright then let's roll" I said with knowing my team won't disappoint.
On coms : "are you in your positions" I asked
"Yes" everyone replied
On coms: alright roll out" I said making a go hand gesture
Immediately I ran towards the entrance shooting the enemies on sight, swiftly taking cover to avoid getting shot and attacking them when they want to reload, in no time I made it to their base, knocked the door open and threw a grenade the blast couldn't take all of them out so I successfully finished the job quickly and retrieved the hostage with little injuries from the blast, signaled the rest of my team telling them to retreat that the target has been retrieved and to meet at the drop off location.
When I arrived at the required location I dropped off the target to special recruiters, not long later my teammates arrive as well.
We were later told that we got a perfect score, and squad two lost two of it's members but they will be alright it's not a big injury, they tried sneaking out their hostage out the enemies base and later got caught but at least they saved their hostage.
The two who got injured failed while the rest passed, Anna was among those who passed.
This was a very interesting experience I want to get more of it.

FOUR YEARS LATER
It's been four years since I joined the special forces and a lot has happened, first squad one is now called the black bullets and I became it's captain, secondly I and Anna are planning on getting married very soon thirdly my brother has two kids now am a uncle now, well all has been going well for me and am happy.
Presently am being called on by the director for a new mission, this mission is ranked top tier and is highly classified even within the special forces.
In the briefing we were told that we were to retrieve a bioweapon stolen by a terrorist organization called EXODUS and we will have to be very quiet with our operations since the enemy's present location is at china, to avoid a war with them we will have to be very quick, also I was told retrieving the object is a must.
We were given some time to prepare although this wasn't my first top tier mission I couldn't help but feel nervous as this could possibly be the hardest cause we weren't even given back up and it's only my squad going, a five man squad!!! I can't help but feel like am walking into a trap but I have no choice but to go I can't decline a mission.

D-DAY
ON A HELICOPTER
"Guys once we land we will have to take refuge at that abandoned construction site, we will prep up there and head over to the enemy's base afterwards to retrieve the asset, OKAY!" I said loudly to ensure they heard me from the loud noise.
Everyone replied with loud "YES SIR!!!".
"Let's go guys" I said as the helicopter went lower to the ground.
We came down from the helicopter and ran towards the building as suddenly we were getting shot at from the building.
"EVERYONE TAKE COVER ON THOSE ROCKS" I shouted on top of my lungs,
"It seems like the enemies knew we were coming" Dae Seong shouted, "yeah what are we going to do now" Ho-gu added, "they seem quite a lot....."WAIT!!!! am trying to think I interrupted loudly .
As I continued looking at the building it seems to be about twenty-nine people shooting, we can't push foolishly, they have the advantage of been on higher ground so the only solution here is our ...
"Hu-gu please prepare our RPG(rocket propelled grenade)" I instructed, "Okay then buy me some time" Hogu replied quickly,
"guys let's cover for him" I said loudly as my voice continued to be overlayed by rapid gunfires.
After awhile of continuous gun fires Hogu was done as he then lunches it at the enemies continuously while the rest of us run towards the building, soon again he lunches another one before running to join us.
"Good job Ho-gu" I complimented, before facing my team and saying "now we go in, everyone get into formation the real fight is about to begin" I said ready for action.
