A teenage boy walked out of his room and saw his mother making breakfast in the kitchen. Meanwhile, his father was busy with his laptop because of work at the security system company he owned.
"Morning Mama, Morning Papa!" greeted the 16-year-old teenager as he put his bag on the floor and sat down on the dining table chair.
"Morning dear Lucas, how did you sleep, hmn?" replied Amanda as she turned to her first son.
"I slept well, I think I slept better because Mama put that lavender scent in my room," Lucas replied with a smile.
"That's good then. You won't have trouble sleeping anymore. Did you check on your little sisters?"
He nodded his head, saying that they would be along shortly.
Sure enough, not long after that came the sound of footsteps running quickly towards the kitchen. There were two nine-year-old girls running and scrambling to sit at the dining table.
"I got there first!" said Rosabelle.
