The Shinobi World.
Land of Lightning, Kumogakure no Sato (The village Hidden by Clouds), Raikage's office.
As the name suggests, the place was a village situated on a tall mountain covered in fog. People lived their daily lives as if they were accustomed to this extreme environment.
A bulky man with a long, funny yet intimidating-looking beard sat on his chair comfortably while reading a report at the tallest building among the mountains. There were several individuals in the room, Shinobi and Kunoichi alike, staring at him, awaiting his input.
Standing straight in front was a beautiful woman holding some papers; she looked like a secretary.
"Are we all supposed to trust Information coming from a criminal? Has the Godaime Hokage gone insane? Rather than judging him for his crimes outside their borders, she gives him asylum and keeps his words as facts" The Fourth Raikage finally rumbled.
"Is there a chance she is being compelled?" Someone else in the room asked.
"We presume Lady Tsunade utilised some sort of torture mechanism to make Orochimaru talk about his time in Akatsuki. This report stipulates that the organisation's objective is not what we thought: just to disturb the nations politically, but something much worse" The secretary, Mabui, read a few more of her papers.
"To take all Bijuu belonging to the villages for themselves".
"Collect all Biju? Do they think they're cabbages yo?!" Big-time rapper yapped in the back; no one even spared him a glance except for his brother, the Raikage.
"Information about the bijuus has always been kind of taboo, what do we know?" The man sitting in the back, Darui, asked.
"The most powerful are the eight tails in B and the nine tails that belong to Konoha; other than those two, it is possible to have a group of skilled jonin capture the others... so their objectives aren't exactly impossible, especially if they are organised", the Raikage mumbled, recalling an achievement of his father.
"Is there a ten tails?" A blonde beauty asked with crossed arms that drew gazes to her bosom, gazes that quickly shifted in fear. Her name was Samui.
"There are no records of a ten tails–".
*RUMBLE!*
The meeting halted when they felt a mysterious tremor, which wasn't unusual in their geography. What was unusual was that the tremour was not physical, but rather... in the chakra?
The Raikage A stood up, and so did his brother, Killer B.
Another tremor was felt, this time stronger.
"What is going on?".
'This is not a chakra fluctuation... it is... a spatial fluctuation?' A rugged voice spoke inside
Killer B.
When they came outside, they stared in awe, just like the rest of the citizens of the village and perhaps... even the whole world.
How the sun was covered by the moon until it was pitch-black: an Eclipse.
*BAANG!*
This time, the shockwave was physical; it travelled across the land and blasted the clouds away from the village. They all covered their faces.
This happened twice before, in front of their stupefied eyes, the skies split open, leaving a void gap.
"What is that?!".
"It doesn't look good..."
The world felt light. Darui looked at his feet and felt as if they were detaching from the ground. That was when, from this void, a creature fell.
!!!
It was titanic, it was golden and brilliant... and it was falling like a meteor to the plain fields in the distance.
*BOOOMMM!!*
It landed on the ground dozens of kilometres away, and the shockwave of its landing was felt in the mountains like an earthquake. Screams resonated, and kids were safeguarded with their parents. They all stared at that cloud of dust in the distance that covered the creature that had just fallen.
As the cloud of dust dissipated, something else became obvious.
'Be careful, B! That thing is not a Bijuu!' The voice inside B spoke frantically. More than them, it was able to feel how this creature's mere existence was warping chakra. And what was worse, this creature wasn't alone.
"O-One, two, three..."
"Four, five, six..."
"Seven, eight, nine..."
"... ten".
They counted the tails by the end of it. The Raikage commanded his Jonin to get ready to fight.
"We don't know what that thing is… it may not even be from this world. We are the first line of defence!"
**
**
Within the cloud of dust in the fields, the creature elongated her tails. Yasaka howled happily at the freedom of taking her true form. She had landed, and certainly she wasn't alone.
"It feels so good to be able to spread my tails~" (Yasaka)
"This place… it reeks. Not worthy of Ray-sama's presence" (Albedo)
"Hush, you; don't talk bad about other people's homes~" (Haku)
"It was my first time creating a portal like this. There were some minor shockwaves, but other than that, there are no issues, master... I will get better from now on" (Kurumi)
"It's okay, Kurumi. It is good to know you're able to do it on your own. Are you going now?" (Ray)
"Yes, it is my time to go" (Kurumi)
Ray gave Kurumi a meaningful look. A lot had happened between the two, and now Kurumi was going back home. Stronger, more dangerous... leashed, but only to her master.
"Are you sure you don't want me to take you?" He asked, holding her hand. Kurumi giggled and switched the way she held his hand, entwinning fingers.
Nightmare felt love.
"If you come with me, master... I will make everyone upset by making you stay more than necessary, so it is better if I go on my own. Don't worry, I am not a little girl".
Ray hugged her, "I know you're not. No matter what, remember I have your back... we have your back. You have a family of overpowered deities on the other side, waiting".
"I will be calling that naughty slime if anything goes wrong, master".
Kurumi held Ray's cheeks and planted a soft, tender kiss. Unable to even get the will to let go, Kurumi allowed her body to dematerialise and enjoyed her kiss until the very last moment.
Ray sighed when she disappeared.
"You don't have to worry about her, master. Even if we wanted, none of us can kill her," Haku mumbled.
"Hmph, talk for yourself... if I put a bit of effort, I may be able to spend all her time–" Albedo hissed.
"Do you think she will just stand there and allow you to do that?" Yasaka remarked with a smirk.
"..." Albedo harrumphed and closed up her mouth; she wasn't going to acknowledge Kurumi's superiority as a deity.
"I am not worried about her... I am worried about her world." Ray smirked and scratched his head helplessly. After all, he had done it... he made that monster way, way stronger than she was when she left.
"Anyway... let's get back to the topic at hand. I am sure I am not the only one who noticed. The chakra in this world... it is a problem," Ray took a deep breath and said.
Albedo, Haku and Yasaka nodded simultaneously.
"I can see what you mean, master. It is like... pollution. It is uncomfortable. Yasaka's tails waved, and she released her own energy to counter the chakra, creating a literal 'bubble' of Sun Energy that wrapped them up.
"You are both deities of the Sun, while Albedo and I are darkness... it doesn't bother me as much, master", Haku said, switching her gaze to Albedo, "Do you agree?".
"I guess we have different reactions to it. In my case, it feels like breathing low-quality air. Do you know why this is the case, Ray-sama?" The succubus asked.
"I remember Tsunade once said there are two types of energy in this world. One is nature energy or Senjutsu, the other is the greatest: Chakra. This Chakra is the energy that the majority of people in this world can channelise; it derives from the moon. However, this chakra is flawed".
Ray lifted his hand and produced a lightning spark. He then raised his other hand and produced a lightning strike way bigger.
"This is the output when I use Chakra and Sun Energy in the same amount... Chakra is devastatingly weaker. But that's not the problem. Is there any other light the moon reflects, other than the light of the sun?".
"That shouldn't be possible..." The three pets frowned.
"And yet that's what it is. This energy has moon in it, but no sun... that doesn't make sense, and it is one of the reasons why it is so weak. It also repels the Sun Energy, that's the reason why this Nature Energy that Tsunade mentioned is so scarce".
"An interplanetary parasite", A voice mumbled, and another silhouette materialised on Ray's back, leaning her huge boobs on his head.
"Do you know what this is, Ely?".
"Although I don't know of it. This is the only thing that makes sense. A parasite took over the moon and is emitting its own energy, disguising it as 'moon energy' or Chakra. I don't know what its intentions are, but they can't be good... You should tell all this to Tsunade. Her world may be in danger," The Goddess sighed, "It may be an entity similar to Avarice".
"We weren't supposed to stay here long..." Ray sighed too, and both Sun Gods sighed in unison.
"You also were not supposed to stay long back in Anna's world, and yet look how it went~ this time though you have your three most powerful pets with you. So it shouldn't be an issue. By the way, there is a customer who has a pending therapy, Ray".
"I have a lot of pending customers–".
"She has priority~".
Elysir disappeared, not before giving him a kiss on his forehead and whispering something silently, "Don't take long".
...
"This was supposed to be just a brief check-up", Ray said.
"Fufu~ I am quite busy, but if it is to make sure master doesn't stay here long, I don't mind doing whatever is necessary– huh?" Yasaka began, but cut her voice mid-sentence.
"What happened, Yasaka?".
"I hear some mosquito..."
A wild, gigantic, ripped octopus appeared.
And he was rapping.
They all looked down at her humongous leg and saw a massive octopus, just as big as her leg, trying to pull it while blabbering some nonsense they couldn't understand.
"Ah yo! Down here! Stop ignoring me hey!".
*BAANGG!*
Yasaka felt her leg get pulled hard. This octopus was surprisingly strong.
"What–".
She almost lost her balance and growled at the octopus.
"STOP!".
"What do you come here to do yo?! Give one step to the east yey and I will make your balls go bang!"
"..." (Ray)
"..." (Haku)
"Can I kill him, Ray-sama?" (Albedo)
"Can I eat him, master?~" (Yasaka)
Ray looked at this octopus that was a bit funny and shook his head, "This is Tsunade's world, we don't know who these people are, but we don't want to cause trouble... no killing and no eating, we are gods, you should know by know meddling with mortals is not what we should do".
He looked in the distance how a literal army coming down the mountains towards them.
"Just give them a little scare and destroy their will to fight", Ray commanded.
"As you wish, master" Yasaka nodded.
"Fufufu, sure" Haku giggled.
All Yasaka did was make her body go bigger... and bigger... and bigger... until she reached her top size. As for Haku, she did much the same.
The army stopped... they didn't move forward anymore. The Raikage who was in front saw his countenance drop.
The eclipse receded and the sun returned, only to be covered once more in clouds of darkness as if the night had descended. Haku summoned the darkness, but the golden fox shone like a white dot in a black sheet.
Both creatures were big enough to reach the skies. There was no point in comparison. The massive octopus was now just as big as one of Yasaka's paws. The eight-tentacle octopus' stupefied eyes saw this paw descend on him until her finger was gently placed on his head.
He felt a force like never before, compelling him and crushing him to the ground. The gigantic fox's ten tails waved majestically while in the background, another creature that looked like it ascended straight from the abyss stared down at them.
In the middle of the two, a dark-skinned man with long shiny golden hair was levitating, his body had sun tattoos all over.
These were Gods.
"Do you understand now how fucked you are, sweetie?" Yasaka giggled and asked the octopus while her finger pressed him down.
"Ou yeah..."
