"Do you guys have anything planned for this afternoon?" Luofeng asked after Shangguan Feier paid with her phone.
"Nothing much," Shangguan Feier replied.
"Okay then, I'll take you all back!" Luofeng said.
The four girls were collectively dumbfounded. Hadn't Shangguan Feier just said they had nothing much going on? So, clearly, they had no plans? And he wanted to take them home? In a situation like this, shouldn't they find a coffee shop to hang out in? Maybe catch a movie afterward? And then he could treat them to dinner in the evening, thereby breaking through to double the happiness?
"I was planning on buckling down to study this afternoon. My college has finals on the 24th, and I've fallen behind on a lot. I need to catch up," Luofeng explained. "Otherwise, failing would not look good!"
