Joshua had learned that Basil Jaak was heading to the snowy plateau to find the Dark Tower, so he arranged for someone to wait in advance in the airport's VIP lounge to act as a guide for Basil Jaak and his group.
When Basil Jaak walked into the VIP lounge, a middle-aged man in his thirties was sitting on a chair smoking. Upon seeing Basil Jaak enter, he hurriedly extinguished the cigarette butt in his hand, stood up slowly, and stepped forward, extending a hand, "You must be Mr. Jaak?"
Basil Jaak shook hands with the middle-aged man and nodded, "I am Basil Jaak!"
