Actually, she felt really guilty; Lan Shao ended up like this all because of her, almost lost his life.
"Did you make all of this?" Lan Shao's father glanced at the steamed fish.
"Yes, I made them all. Uncle, Aunt, please sit down. I'll go make a few more dishes."
Three dishes surely wouldn't be enough. Luckily, there were still some ingredients in the fridge; otherwise, she really wouldn't know what to do.
"No need, we're leaving now." Lan Shao's mother, sensing her son's displeasure, quickly said.
"Ah, you're not staying to have dinner with us?" Fan Rou was surprised.
"We've already eaten."
With that, the two of them left.
Fan Rou looked troubled, staring at Lan Shao: "Do your parents not like me?"
