Raven was very much pleased as he stared at his compiled research notes floating in front of him. Three straight days of researching and note taking and he'd come up with a stable way to enter into the Feywild.
It came down to a lot of cross reference on locations of realms and figuring out where in relatively it was located.
He was really glad he had his crown to bypass realms and their barriers.
The Feywilds was located roughly in a place between The Otherworld, Heaven and Purgatory. If not slightly above them in a weird way if one could see space.
Those last two he couldn't quite find just yet, but with some borrowed books from Hades, he managed to find the location of those two other realms to a rough degree.
So he worked out on opening portals in relation to those realms in his free time, he'd keep opening them till he achieved his desired location.
A realm could be bigger then the surface of the planet, however its location in regard to its entrance to bypass it using the dimensional gap in its infinite nature allowed for infinite space, which his portals were connected with, was not so easy to find.
It's like trying to find a needle 0.0000000000001% a different shade in a world of needles all the same color.
Very much near impossible, but still possible, according to statistics anyway. Of course there were ways to cheat this by connecting with an item or being connected to that realm and trace the connection and origin to that realm, however his connection was weird, so he couldn't use that. He just ended up staring at a portal behind himself.
Acquiring fae items was surprisingly hard, at least the genuine articles, and those that strong enough to forge a connection between the surface realm of Gaia and The Feywilds.
So he was stuck using the original odds and the slightly boosted rates of his fae origins.
It was like playing a gacha game, except he couldn't throw Lorelei's debit card at them to cheat and pay to win.
"Oh well." Raven sighed and dedicated a small part of his mental capacity to opening portals and checking if they were too the Feywilds.
With a grunt he waved his hand cleaning himself up and making a fresh set of clothes appear on himself. He let a soft him out as he decided to go with slightly longer hair today and tied it up into a ponytail that sat over his shoulder.
"This works." He nodded to himself before leaving the room, but not before he waved his hand standing by the door as everything in the room shrank down and flew into his pocket dimension.
When he walked down the corridors of Hogwarts everyone was staring at him, nothing new, however the terrfied, awed and confused looks did confuse him.
"The first!"
"It explains so much!"
"What's so terrifying about being a magician?"
"What's his power as a magician?"
Ok, now things made sense. The word had spread from the clocktower to here about him being a magician.
Raven made his way into the great hall, it was soon to be dinner time, and let a hum of greeting out as he sat down, he rolled his eyes at the stares.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer." He grinned, purposely showing a bit of his sharp teeth.
Minerva rolled her eyes, or she would have if they were in private, as she handed him a newspaper and he laughed.
Magician at Hogwarts!
By Rita Skeeter!
I'm sure those of you reading this by now has at least heard the whispers, a new magician has been revealed to the world.
Magician of The First True Magic, Raven Inanis. Genius prodigy of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Apprentice of Lorelei Barthomeloi.
Raven Inanis is the newest magician in the world, no matter how much I looked around I could only find so much information.
•He is a orphan.
•In his first year he became an apprentice to Lorelei a Barthomeloi.
•Broke the O.W.L and N.E.W.T exam records.
That's all the facts I could find on him. What is his past? Is the newest magician a dark force rising up to become a ruler of darkness never seen before?

Raven let a loud cackle escape from him, a bit maniacal if anything, as he finished reading the paper.
"This is hilarious. Ruler of darkness? Pure gold!" He said through the laughs as he burned the paper up and formed the burnt ashes into a small phoenix like Fawkes and had it fly around as it slowly became a real bird that turned into fire and exploded into a bunch of small embers that faded out into the air.
"Too much?" He asked with a chuckle as Albus merely laughed and said it was a well done bit of magic.

"Alright listen up, I'm going to give a lecture on what True Magic is truly. Pay attention because I won't be repeating myself!" Raven said as he looked at everyone gathered in the great hall as he spoke, even the professors sat listening.
"I'm sure you've all heard it somewhere, the goal of all magus, to reach The Root. The Akasha. The Origin of All. That from which creation sprang from and which it shall all return too." Raven said with a serious tone.
"Those who reach The Root, but not touch it shall obtain True Magic, those who do touch it disappear. True Magic refers to a higher form of power that transcends ordinary magic and science. Unable to be replicated properly in a certain era. Representing the actualization of impossible feats. There is a small saying about it." Raven said as he took a small breath as he realized that he had been cradled by The Root, he'd revisit that thought later.
"…At the beginning, the First changed all…"
"…Next, the Second recognized many…"
"…In answer, the Third showed the future…"
"…Tethered, the Fourth concealed itself…"
"And the final Fifth had long since lost its significance."
"Someone once said, "Had it only ended at the Third…"
"The First, Denial of Nothingness. The Second, The Operation of Parallel Worlds, also known as The Kaleidoscope. The Third, Heavens Feel. The Fourth, Unknown. The Fifth, Magic Blue." Raven smiled ferally at everyone as he spread his hands wide.
"A example of the might of our might, against his greatest enemy, my senior, Kischur Zelretch Schweignorg, The Second, threw a moon at his opponent. Like the same moon orbiting Gaia. All because he could. In the future I'll be able to effortlessly throw moons like their pebbles. Now thank you for attending this Ted talk, I hope I don't have to throw a moon at you." Raven cackled and vanished in a bunch of glowing white motes of light that vanished slowly.
Izanami who sat on the rafters rolled her eyes at the dramatic exit Raven used.

Raven grumbled as burnt yet another marriage proposal, idly he tossed another into Rose's head as he head her keep her flames burning as long as she could straight.
Did he find amusement in her annoyance as he used her as an incinerator, to the extreme yes.
"Don't let the flames lose their current power output." Raven said as he tossed another paper on her and the flames upped their intensity instantly burning another marriage proposal.
"Good." Raven said pleased as Rose growled at him.

A bit of an odd chapter, in my opinion, but it got the job done. I wasn't sure how I wanted to handle the explanation of True Magic by Raven, what he should reveal and all that, but after four rewrites this felt like the best way, never really stating directly what each of the five true magics was, but still indirectly stating it, you know, besides Zelretch, but everyone knows his anyway, so it's fine.
Anyway, hope you enjoyed.
Bye~
