Inside a Marine office, three people are discussing. Two muscular men and one lady are seated.
One has a braided long goatee and wears black-rimmed glasses and a white and gold full Marine admiral uniform that is adorned with medals. There is also a bird on top of his hat and beside him is his pet goat. He is the head of the Marines, Fleet Admiral Sengoku the Buddha
Another one was a broad-chested man, gray-haired, with a beard and a scar over his left eye, he was none other than the Hero of the Marines Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp. Who is said to be the only one who can go toe to toe against the Pirate King Gold Roger.
The other is an elderly woman with gray hair tied in the back. She wore a pink shirt and wore her marine jacket on her shoulder. She is called the the Great Staff Officer Vice Admiral Tsuru.
