Jeremiah couldn't believe what he was seeing: a sort of blue screen displaying all kinds of information and data.
"I must be going crazy, is what kept running through his mind" he muttered when the system replied, "Hello Jerimiah my name is System X, I'm an advanced design set up to help achieve your dreams of becoming the greatest of all time".
Jerimiah was in shock; he couldn't believe what he was hearing. The voice from his previous life came to mind, telling him of a new opportunity.
Jerimiah assumed this could be a chance to achieve his dreams of becoming a great footballer.
The system would know what he needs to do to achieve football star skills and how to go about it.
Optimism filled Jeremiah's heart; he thought of all the ways this could change the trajectory of his life, financially, the relationship with family, friends and the personal satisfaction of succeeding in something he truly loved.
"System X, how do you plan on doing that he asked.

It was as if the system knew what he wanted by making it the first choice. Jeremiah didn't hesitate when picking football.
Once selected, the blue screen disappears. Jeremiah was confused, but that confusion quickly left his mind when he realized that he had to go to the kitchen to talk to his mother based on the instructions his father gave him.
He quickly did that and headed to sit outside so he could wait for the system to pop back up without arousing suspicion.
After 20 minutes of waiting, the system finally came back up.

Joy overfilled Jeremiah, but he didn't like the idea of a screen as he felt it was too personal and could lead to awkward situations and or getting caught.t

After seeing the stats, Jeremiah then asked how the stats worked, " The stats are a current reflection of your abilities at a world stage, but at an academy level, when you go pro, the standard will change to reflect your level at a pro level. They cover your technical, mental and physical abilities. Some stats will be improved with in-game situations and tasks set out by the system, some by training tasks and challenges and some by yourself".
Jeremiah then asked what about player Specialties, " Player specialties are traits the system will allow you to inherit from previous and current players, which can range from anything like dribbling to shooting. They also boost your stats.
"Wow", Jeremiah thought to himself, a great opportunity had presented itself to change faith.
"System that will be all, thank you," he said as the system shut down. He then went to meet his family full of smiles before falling asleep.
