The task isn't just on the military panel; what they really care about is the mission in their minds. In these opposing missions, hunting down opposing adventurers often occurs.
And the rewards are usually very generous, unless they've formed a team with each other.
This results in these adventurers being almost impossible to unite as a cohesive unit; they usually hold some grudges against each other.
