"Blood pressure 60/90, heart rate 110. Lost consciousness after getting in the ambulance. Blunt trauma to the chest and abdomen, left innominate bone fracture, suspected internal bleeding. Blood and fluid replacement has been administered," the paramedic reported.
"Trauma Room One. Notify the operating room to prepare," Zhou Shuwen said.
As this patient was wheeled away, Liu Banxia's expression grew serious. He hadn't expected the patient's injuries to be so severe. This is a big one for just the twenty-ninth, he thought.
"Male, 37 years old, head laceration, conscious when found, blunt trauma to the abdomen. His current condition has slightly deteriorated, but his vital signs are stable," the paramedic from the second ambulance announced, pushing in another gurney.
"Trauma Room Two. What kind of car accident was this? So severe?" Liu Banxia asked the accompanying traffic police officer.
