"Celebanquet..." Grace Adams was leaning on Old Lady Adams, lying on her side. The cover of the pet basket was opened, revealing the old cat inside whose body was swollen beyond recognition. Grace Adams couldn't stop the tears from streaming down her face.
The cat hair around Celebanquet's mouth had already turned white, stained with dried brown blood.
"The cat has been delivered, I'll take my leave now." The young man who brought the cat said and turned to leave.
Old Lady Adams stood up to see him out.
