This bastard, as expected, has completely seen through her. Memoria just wished she could crawl under the carpet.
"You... what nonsense are you talking... I'm... I'm going to sleep."
Reese lifted his hand to press on her shoulder.
"Answer me."
"No."
Memoria gritted her teeth, unwilling to admit, while struggling to get up.
Reese pressed down on her shoulder, giving her no chance to escape.
"Do you want to get hit?"
Unable to fight back, she shouted angrily.
"Dare you!"
Reese chuckled lowly.
"Don't you know whether I dare or not?"
Memoria was extremely angry.
"Reese, you bastard... You obviously know, yet you insist on making me say it... Get off!"
The pressure on her shoulder relaxed, and Memoria seized the opportunity to sit upright, only to find Reese's face already waiting for hers.
She stopped in panic, narrowly avoiding crashing directly into his face. Nonetheless, the distance between their faces was now minimal.
