"It's okay, Connor helped me apply the medicine again last night." Cold Evil raised his hand to block Memoria's arm, "If you want to see, I'll show you tonight, let's go eat first..."
It's just a whip injury, nothing to fuss over. He didn't want Memoria to feel upset or guilty after seeing it.
"Don't move!"
Memoria held Cold Evil's hand and lifted his T-shirt. His skin healed quickly; the scars on his back had already formed a dark brown crust, like an ugly insect crawling on his back.
The wound was no longer as shocking as the previous night, but it still made one feel heartbroken.
Memoria pursed her lips, "Does it still hurt?"
"Hurt? Not anymore!" Cold Evil hugged her around the waist, pulling her towards the door, "Good wife, your husband is now starving; let's eat first, okay?"
The two walked out of the Villa, Memoria proactively sat in the driver's seat, fastened her seat belt, and started the car. Then Memoria remembered about the gifts.
"Oh, I forgot!"
