Originally, this matter was merely his speculation. In truth, deep down, Bill hoped Lucas Walker wasn't alive.
If that man were still alive, it would mean everything might end in disappointment.

"Let me think, I need to think clearly…" Bill raised his hand to hold his forehead, "What time is it now?"
The assistant glanced at the watch, "It's 4:20 PM."
It was 4:20 PM, the voting had already ended.
Bill frowned and stayed silent for a long time, then suddenly lifted his face and turned to look at the assistant.
"Go find a phone, get a brand-new SIM card, a card that has never been used before, one that is not registered to any name! Within five minutes, I want a brand-new SIM card, understood?!"
The assistant dashed out the door.
A while later, he came back with a new phone.
