Phoebe glanced at the assistant, then turned his gaze back and followed the Butler into Bill's study room.
"Mr. Phoebe, such an honor!" Bill smiled and shook his hand, gesturing Phoebe to the sofa. "What would you like to drink?"
"Coffee!" Phoebe replied casually.
The Butler went to prepare drinks for the two, and Bill spoke with a smile.
"What brings Mr. Phoebe to my place?"
"Regarding the previous Deepwater Port project, I think the Prime Minister..."
"I'm no longer the Prime Minister now. After four o'clock, whoever receives the most votes will be the Prime Minister."
"But before four o'clock, you're still the Prime Minister, aren't you?" Phoebe said with a smile.
Bill laughed heartily, "Mr. Phoebe has a great sense of humor."
Phoebe shrugged, "Anyway, even if you're not the Prime Minister, you're definitely a member of the Parliament cabinet. Such a major project cannot be decided by the Queen alone, so... I wanted to speak with Mr. Bill to get your perspective."
