Holding her gun, Flossie Wright was about to leave but stopped to give Glenn Hutchinson a word of caution.
Glenn Hutchinson was slightly taken aback and turned his head to look at Flossie's serious expression. For some reason, his heart stirred, so he nodded.
Flossie then grabbed the 88 sniper and walked towards a nearby tall building.
His gaze lingered on her back for a long time until her figure disappeared, and only then did Glenn Hutchinson withdraw his gaze with a rather heavy heart.
He wasn't keen on letting Flossie leave his line of sight.
But their specific professions were different, as were their roles on the battlefield, so some things would inevitably not go as desired.
He believed that he would always be within Flossie's field of vision.
"Captain Hutchinson, is she a female soldier?"
A familiar SWAT member approached, subtly glancing in the direction where Flossie had left.
There was an obvious deeper meaning in this remark.
