When he asked a question like that, it was the only conclusion she could draw.

After the two changed their clothes, they got into the car and headed towards Madgar Pavilion.
Today, Maxwell Peary didn't drive himself; he had the chauffeur drive instead.
So, both of them sat in the back.
"Uncle, are you busy?"
She had thought he wanted to rest a bit, but it turned out he wasn't driving so he could deal with business matters.
Maxwell Peary shifted his gaze from his laptop, turning to look at his pouting young wife beside him.
