Chapter 7
Sofia Hamilton hurried outside, intending to leave.
However, leaving just like that without telling Lucy Greene wasn't good either...
She went in for a round but couldn't find Lucy.
Returning to her original seat, she found it already occupied by others.
Sofia turned to leave, but her movement still attracted attention.
"Hey, wait a minute!"
Someone called out to her, but she still wanted to step away.
But after just two steps, someone blocked her path.
"Our boss called you; are you deaf or blind? Can't you see?"
Sofia had no choice but to look at the middle-aged man behind her, frowning, "Sorry, I don't know you. Please move aside."
"Move aside, why? Our boss calls you as a respect, what are you pretending to be virtuous for, someone who sells herself?"
With that, he pulled Sofia over.
Sofia forcefully retracted her arm and stepped back a few paces.
The several men all stood up.
The man who had called her, holding a wine glass, also stood up.
