The cliché says that suffering is a grindstone; equating grinding with suffering suggests that grinding can make a person stronger, yet suffering is not worth singing praises of. Humanity has evolved over thousands of years and should not create more suffering for others to sing about.

Too many people vanish struggling in suffering. Do those who praise suffering believe this kind of death is worthwhile?

Humanity should eliminate suffering, allowing people to progress further in a stable environment.

Yet problems need solving.

The principle of practice is—only by solving problems can suffering be eradicated.

Thus Shakyamuni explained the Four Noble Truths to all beings after achieving enlightenment.
