He definitely recognized the voice of a person who had tried to kill him in the past.
"Hey, Rina." He turned, giving her a stiff smile. "You're supposed to be in prison."
"And you were supposed to come by earlier." She smirked, walking past him.
Currently, they were still in the training grounds in the middle of the castle building. Zur was rallying up the soldiers to gather them for a meeting.
And he was here, chilling.
"You really know how to work your way up to power, don't you?" Jude said, chuckling slightly.
He thought about it before — she worked for the previous king, Huran, who tried to frame and kill him. And now she was working with the new king, going as far as sleeping with him.
"I'm used to it. My mother was a soldier directly in care of the former king. So being anywhere other than the castle is uncomfortable." She explained, shrugging as if it was normal.
