The village was surrounded by dense forests, like a natural barrier separating the village from the outside world. The surrounding houses had unique architectural styles, an ancient wooden structure that was orderly but shrouded in a dull decay.
A heavy miasma could be seen pervading every corner of the village, floating with the wind. The thick miasma intertwined around every wooden beam, every tile, enveloping the entire village in an oppressive atmosphere.
Farther away, there was still the endless forest, and a range of black mountains stretching into the unknown.
