A guttural growl rumbled in my chest as the guard's words revealed the sinister plot orchestrated by Auntie Catherine. The shock turned into a fiery determination to rescue my mom and protect our pack from the impending threat of these rogues.
"We won't bow to their threats. We need a plan to rescue my mom and ensure the safety of our pack," I declared, my eyes narrowing with a resolve that matched the weight of the situation.
As Elena suggested Auntie Catherine's involvement, a surge of anger coursed through me. "But we can't release Catherine. She's evil and sick," Elena asserted, unwilling to compromise our principles.
The tension in the room escalated as I proposed releasing Catherine to save Laurie. "I will need to interrogate Catherine thoroughly.
