The weather is breezy. Mom is folding the clothes. And I was going to make something for her to eat. *Knock knock* I heard a knocking sound. I opened the door, and I wish I never opened it.
A black shadow with chilly breeze barged into my house and as soon as it tried to attack me mom threw the laundry at that thing and took me with to hide me in closet.
When I asked her where are you going? she said, 'your papa is downstairs with that thing, and I can't leave him alone with it' snickered and left me in closet,
while closing it she said, ''don't come out until you hear maghrib Azaan, OK?''
I could say nothing but do as she say. And I waited like she said, and I came out after the Azaan only to find out that half of my house destroyed and officers were searching for me, and I was in the basement closet. I could not comprehend what happened, where my parents are? What that thing was? Why that thing attacked me? I could understand nothing with this 10-year-old brain of mine.
Among the crowd someone was looking straight to my eyes and as soon as I noticed them they mouthed "I will haunt to the end" and chill run down my spine and i was too terrified to react or avert my gaze. That thing was so terrifying that I lost my consciousness.
"Han? Yohan?!" A voice rang. Yohan snapped back.
"What are you dreaming of in the broad night light?" Tim asked.
"when'd you get here?"
"Been here all the time, just you didn't notice me" Tim remarked.
Kail said, "We just got here and saw that you were still on computer."
"Oh! I'm just waiting for our newbie."
"Oh right! what happened to him? did he get there?"
"Nope, he's just loitering around ZKTC *yawns* he's not going in at all. I have a feeling that he will return in about 15 *yawns* minutes." Yohan says while yawning
"How about you leave this to us and sleeping early tonight, instead of yawning so much."
"Fine then."
"will you be cooking tomorrow?" Kail asks. Yohan nods while leaving.
As soon as he left Kail grabbed Tim by neck and held him by the wall and said, "Next time you act without my knowledge, you'll only remember having head before." and leaves.
Tim cleans up the handprints and says,"My oh my i can't fool Kail at all. Though, he doesn't know much and it's not easy to understand me, still he gets me every time" after a deep thought *mumbles* "what's happening to Yohan lately ever since that accident he seems bit off, he's not like his usual self at all."
Harris jumped around excitingly "Finally your wait is complete, I'm back with the signatures!!" only to find out no one was waiting.
All of them forgot about Harris. *POOR HARRIS*
*Meanwhile in ZKTC training room*
A man in his 30s, with a rusty voice said, "Do you seriously plan on joining tomorrow's match?"
"Should I not? we won't lose, don't worry." A sharp voice answered.
*sighs*" What I'm saying is that you don't have to get so mad at Harris for joining TSM, it's his choice. And you don't have to go so hard on him."
A girl with hazel eyes, in her early 20s with a hoodie and a scarf around her shoulder said, "Just because he's my brother doesn't mean I have to go easy on him. It's a match with TSM and we will win, no holding backs."
Lohan pleaded her to show some mercy, "Oh, come on, don't do that, Hoorayn."
Hoorayn asked, "By the way I have work tomorrow is it possible to take leave for a while after the match?"
"Why? You want to beat up your kid brother?" Lenon popped a joke.
Hurain pulled her hood strings and, glared at him, "Why? And what the hell are you doing here?"
Lenon points to Lohan, she glares at him and says, "You didn't do it, right?"
Even though Lohan was a 30-year-old guy, he can't help but to shiver when Hurain shouts at him. And the reason was obvious; you don't mess with a former MMA fighter.
"Woah, woah, easy there, Hoor" Lenon tried to calm things down but that didn't work. She stood and clenched her fist, started to walk towards Lenon. Lohan sensed the danger so did Lenon, "He-hey easy I- I know you hate me, But tru-tru-trust me I will not mess up like last time ju-ju-just o-o-one chance, tomorrow I'll prove that to you."
She shot Lohan a look,"So, all the persuasion was about getting your brother in my place, huh?"
"No! I just think you should get some rest since you had that accident."
"Don't you dare use my accident as your excuse!!"
He flinched and "Listen, it's not like that I just think that You should rest and he deserves at least one chance, that's it."
she scoffs and says" That's it? THAT'S IT!?? you have the audacity to that's it me?" trainees start to gather there. She swallows her anger and says, "If we lose the match tomorrow Lenon will not set foot in here. And your contract will be terminated." she pointed to Lohan.
"You can't do that.!" Lenon exclaimed.
"I can and I will, understand?"
"Understood. I trust my brother that he will not lose the match." Lohan accepted.
She grabbed keys and left there. On the way she texted Harris to meet her outside.
Harris who was lying down in happiness that his sister signed the contract saw his sis's text and jumped up, texted her back "Bhena what happened?"
Receives text, "Come down." He goes down and sees her he understood that she was upset and asked, "What happened, Bhena? why do you look upset?"
"Risey,"
"I'm listening"
"Win tomorrow's match no matter what."
'No matter what? that's not something she says lightly it means win at all costs.'He thought.
"Bhena, how can i win against you?" He said while scratching his head.
She chuckled saying,"I'm not participating tomorrow someone replaced me and I want you to defeat that someone."
'Who's this someone?...' he thought deep and realized saying "Hurey, could it be it's that piece of junk??!" She nods.
"Why? How? is he taking your place?!."
"Lohan brought him. I don't know what he was thinking but he made a gravely mistake thinking I will allow him in my team."
"Hurey, don't worry I will win no matter what." He said with so much confidence that she laughed.
While the brother and sister were chatting, a shadow moved toward Tim's room. Hoorayn looked at the window and saw something move asked, "Risey, is someone awake in there?"
He looks and says," Nope, that's practice area Kail locks it out after 11, so that nobody stay up late saying practice."
She looks there and says, "Is that so?" And glares at the shadow. The shadow flinches.
"Looks like something is wrong there. Hold out your hand." saying that she takes out Zamzam and Tasbih.
"Why? All of sudden?"
"Keep it, I don't feel like this place is safe."
He scoffs and says, "stop saying weird things, ok? and tell me something."
"What?"
"Did that woman call you? Or did Baba mention anything about her or his daughter?"
She frowned said, "Why are you asking that?"
