Qiong Ying crawled out of the 'coffin' and looked back. The coffin shell was incredibly smooth, mirror-like as if plated with a layer of silver, and from that plating, her face was clearly reflected as a projection.
It could barely be described as humanoid—tall, thin, and light, with a layer like skin, a white latex suit seamlessly fused into the flesh and blood vessels, making it hard to distinguish gender. But the features resembled more a failed transforming demon, a specter of changing ghosts. The smooth white head appeared unusually large, like an oval egg without a single hair, with a pair of glowing blue eyes. Upon closer inspection, the pupils revealed dense, insect-like compound eyes.
