The scene at Mount Mo is quite different from Louguan City.
From a distance, one can see an enormous city structure almost obscuring the sky, with city walls built using the Mount Mo method of earthworking reaching up to the firmament, which is further covered by dark clouds that block the sun. Even birds have to detour around it.
This is precisely where the grandmaster secludes himself, and also where the demonic incarnations of Taishu are suppressed.
The entire Wuzi Peaks of Mount Mo have been arrayed by the grandmaster using the Method of Moving Mountain, lifting earth walls like city walls hundreds of feet high. Additionally, a moat-like channel leads weak water to fill the surroundings, enclosing the entire Mount Mo area within walls, forming an isolated, crater-like massive natural reserve.
