Living means constantly thinking, but we only capture the thoughts that we consider is helpful on some level. This is a compilation of the thoughts I've once considered helpful. 

The titles are for the exact date I've thought of them, that's how I usually record them. 

Each chapter is one thought. You may find them connected, that's because they're thoughts of one man.

Volume 2 will be different.

Acknowledging that you don't know a particular step is also part of the learning process. Keep at it because only by moving forward can you learn.
