The final round opened explosively.
Everybody seemed to have something to prove, and since it was taking place in the virtual world where there were no risks of dying, everybody aimed at each other's throats mercilessly.
All sorts of fancy skills and techniques were on display. Every clash was intense, gritty, bloody, and messy.
Yet despite the cruelty of the participants being on full display, the audience was eating it all up. The fights were fast-paced and ruthless; it gets their blood pumping. Some of the more aggressive people even wished that they could join as well.
Paul and Lisa's commentary on the side was making it worse, or better...depending on who you ask.
All of the participants fought with their lives on the line, except Cedric, who's watching the broadcast up in the sky under the shade of a tall tree, munching on some nuts he got somewhere.
