Ming Ge was suspended from the tree, which, as described in the book, was a dazzling Phoenix Tree. However, during filming, it was just an ordinary prop tree; the post-production effects would transform it into the Phoenix Tree. Even as a prop tree, it stood over three meters tall, reflecting the grandeur of the burning Phoenix Sacred Tree.
