But the Blood Race's bats are different.
Although in appearance, the fully transformed form of the Blood Race is very similar to a bat, they belong to two entirely different species. The bats transformed by the Blood Race are not only larger in size, but their vision, hearing, and vocal abilities are all well-balanced under the influence of magic. Although they cannot speak fluently like that peculiar black cat, neither are they as limited as that parrot, which 'has significant differences' in its speech.
