The next morning after Sarah went to work Kieran opened the system screen, yesterday he had found out something interesting, his parents wedding ring that his mom had left for him was what gave him the system, it was very shocking. He kept asking himself what this meant did his parents know that the ring granted a system if they did how did they use it and also did his aunt Sarah know about the system, cause it didn't seem like she knew anything about it.

" suprising how stats points seems to fly by " Kieran said looking at the system screen.
Later on Kieran stepped out of the house for a stroll. Walking along the street he saw some people heading in the direction of High lane which made him remember the dungeon there and that hunters were due to come and close it but yet there was no sign of them. Deciding to follow them Kieran walked along the path heading towards High lane behind them. After a while of walking they got to the place. High lane was a street in district four that had a high threat level due to the number of dungeons that had opened in the area. It used to be a residential area but after the third dungeon opened it was marked as a non residential area and was evacuated. The first dungeon to open here was a low rank one and was easily handled the second one was still low ranked but the third was of a higher level and caused a lot of casualties because the hunters that entered were low ranked they got wiped out and a monster outbreak happened the loss of lives that day was too much to count though it was quickly handled and the threat was taken care of ever since then the dungeons opened in this place were low ranked ones and the hunters began slacking again sometimes it would take weeks before they came sometimes months, the last dungeon that opened was opened for two months before it was closed.
Walking along the street Kieran stopped in the middle of the open road staring at the sky a sense of peace and quiet a sudden stillness enveloped him even though this place was wrecked with signs of destruction everywhere on the roads and the buildings it would have made a wonderful picturesque scene.
After enjoying the unnatural silence for a minute he turned to head back and continue his stroll when all of a sudden a noise broke the silence that once enveloped the place.
Looking around Kieran didn't see anything, the street was still empty, but then he heard a huge crash and saw a building far off in the distance fall. The building crashed to the ground kicking up a huge cloud of dust and debris. The impact was so much that the dust cloud reached where Kieran stood covering him in dust.
Seeing as the building collapsed Kieran decided to rush out of there before any more unexpected disasters happened. As he ran back the way he came he took some twist and turns before eventually running out of High lane rushing back towards his house, but as he ran he wondered what actually happened for the building to collapse like that.
Eventually he got back home, heading into his room he laid down on the bed and slept off not bordering to check the system.
He slept until Sarah got back home. " You are early what happened " he asked as Sarah was very early which wasn't like her usual routine.
" Thank goodness you're okay I was so worried "she said hugging him tightly.
" What's wrong why are you worried? "He asked confusion etched on his face.
" The fact you don't know makes me relieved and also ask myself what you do at home all day "she replied with a smile." Ha, you know the dungeon on High lane? " she asked.
" Yes I do "
" It opened there was an outbreak, turns out it was a high ranked dungeon, they're going to show the details on the news come let's see what happened."
