Amelia Mitchell dispersed them, but her gaze couldn't help but drift towards the villa next door that had long been vacant. It seemed like someone came to maintain it periodically because, from the outside, it still looked just as it had when it was newly built.
Still as new.
As she surveyed it, she walked over to Ding, who was trimming the round leaves, and inquired, "Ding, you were up the earliest this morning. Did you see anyone move in next door?"
"Yes." Ding nodded.
"Really someone moved in?" Amelia was still a bit skeptical.
"Yes, a whole family." Ding seemed nonchalant, but a subtle, almost imperceptible smile appeared at the corners of his attractive lips.
"Then I understand. It must be some wealthy person who bought it a long time ago but didn't stay. Now they've decided to spend some leisure time living here." Amelia had experience in such matters, having been with the Johnson Family for so long, with some knowledge of high society.
"Oh—" Ding feigned cluelessness.
