Henry Cooper's hands on the steering wheel suddenly trembled a little. There was a hint of sorrow in his voice, "Have you forgotten the promise from ten years ago? I told you at your doorstep that I would come find you. I was that little boy who bullied you..."
"It was you?"
Isabella Lindsey might have been slightly surprised, but only just slightly. Her tone was as indifferent as usual, "You stayed at A City Academy for so long. Why didn't you reveal your identity?"
"Because the time wasn't right."
After saying this, Henry Cooper suddenly made a left turn at an intersection.
Only then did Isabella Lindsey notice the issue with the direction and coldly asked, "Where are you taking me?"
"Don't be nervous. Let's just sit for a while at a bar."
Ten minutes later.
The car stopped in front of the "Floating Bar."
After Isabella Lindsey got out of the car, she didn't head inside, "I don't like this kind of place."
