At night, to prevent being ambushed or accidentally encountering enemy troops, both sides chose to rest.
The situation on the second day wasn't too different from the first, except by evening, all the graduates on both sides noticed a problem. After the first day's food consumption, due to moving too cautiously the following days, the rate of resource gathering wasn't very fast, and there wasn't enough food for dinner.
When the sun rose on the third day, everyone understood one thing: if they didn't want to be so starved they had no combat strength before engaging the opponent, they should first think about filling their stomachs rather than defeating the opponent!
Once this mindset was established, the main graduates on both sides no longer huddled together but dispersed to search for resources everywhere!
