Laura Waltson was sent to the hospital again.
Alexander Stuart saw her unconscious on the stretcher, with a shocked expression, "Ella Lacey, what's wrong with her? Didn't she just get discharged? Why is she back here?"
"To make a long story short, on the way back, a bullet came out of nowhere and hit her thigh." Ella Lacey shrugged.
Alexander Stuart's eyes widened, "A bullet? Is someone trying to kill her?"
"Who knows..."
Of course, Ella wouldn't reveal the truth to him, she merely advised, "Doctor Alexander, that bullet might be poisonous, see if Laura's life can be saved."
"Alright, I'll go check in the emergency room."
As soon as Alexander finished speaking, he followed the nurse wheeling Laura in and ran inside together.
Soon, the emergency room's red light at the door lit up.
Half an hour later.
Alexander walked out from inside, and Ella was still waiting outside, asking, "What's the situation now?"
