Isabella Lindsey and Nella Crassus proceeded with the bound Louisa Foster for several hundred meters before finally halting under a large tree.
"Thirsty?" Isabella glanced up at Nella.
"Huh?"
Nella blinked in surprise, then nodded emphatically, "Dying of thirst."
"It's inconvenient to carry this captive with us. How about we tie her up here for now and go look for some water?"
"Sure, Louisa, I'm all ears. After we hydrate, we can figure out who wears the camouflage suit."
"Right. With this suit on, even if we bump into other pursuers, we should be able to evade detection. Just need to hold out until nightfall, then we claim victory."
Both exchanged words in hushed tones and vanished into the dense forest.
