"Alright, that's enough for today. Now I'll assign my two assistants, Bertha Marley and Louisa Foster."
Ellaine Caddel seemed to have already made up her mind and continued, "Girls from the front courtyard will be under Bertha Marley, and girls from the backyard will be under Louisa Foster. That means, in my absence, all of you must follow their orders. Got it?"
"Understood!" Everyone responded.
However, Bertha Marley and Louisa Foster simultaneously turned their gazes toward Isabella Lindsey, noticing that she was sitting quietly on her bed, her lips slightly pursed, not uttering a word!
Were they being disregarded by her?
A vicious fire seemed to blaze in their eyes, as if they wanted to burn her alive!
"Good, I'll be leaving now."
Before departing, Ellaine Caddel gave Bertha Marley a meaningful glance; the observant students could probably tell that they seemed to have a personal connection...
With her departure, the cabin became somewhat lively.
